SEI’s Recruitment Policy outlines how we undertake fair recruitments that are based on respect for the individual no matter of gender, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, functional variations, sexual orientation, marital or parental status, political opinion, union affiliation, social background and/or other characteristics protected by national and international law, and which are based on objective and transparent criteria.
Recruitments should be carried out locally and be based on this policy together with related instructions as well as the legislation and conditions of each country.
