Alejandra Amaris

Alejandra is the Human Resources Specialist at SEI Latin America. As a lawyer, with over four years of experience in labor law and a master’s degree in Talent Development and HR, she brings valuable insights to the crucial role of managing the centre’s human resources. She handles tasks like reviewing and updating policies, assisting with hiring processes, performance management, designing and enforcing well-being initiatives, and taking care of day-to-day HR activities.
