Natalia Biskupska

Natalia Biskupska is Manager of Programme Operations at SEI Asia. She joined SEI in 2014.

As Manager of Programme Operations, Natalia is responsible for developing and maintaining programme management procedures and systems at SEI Asia. This includes overseeing the development and operationalization of appropriate project management systems, monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and tools, and quality assurance procedures, that allow project teams to achieve project goals and ensure impact and accountability.

Natalia also provides project management support in projects under SEI Asia’s Gender, Environment and Developmentcluster, and Climate Change, Disasters and Development cluster, and co-leads SEI’s global Gender Equality, Social Equity and Poverty (GESEP) Programme.

Natalia is one of two elected SEI Global Employee Representatives.

Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Durham University and a Master’s degree in Environment and Development from King’s College London.
