Elin Leander

Elin Leander is a Research Fellow at SEI Headquarters in the Water, Coasts and Ocean Team, Climate and Policy Support Division.

Her main areas of interest and experience include ocean governance, marine pollution, environmental policy, climate change adaptation and project management. She uses e.g. co-creation and co-production methodologies for both stakeholder dialogue and policy design.

Elin is a PhD candidate at Stockholm University and holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Her master’s thesis was about examining the process of co-producing climate services for adaptation to natural hazards. Prior to this, she received a M.Sc. in Marine Biology with a specialization in ecotoxicology from Stockholm University, Sweden.
