Diana Parada

Diana is the Operations Manager for SEI Latin America, managing the operational aspects of the centre, including administration, human resources and financial processes.

Diana is a business professional with a postgraduate degree in Senior Management and a diploma in Human Resources Management. Diana has over 20 years of experience in administrative management, human resources and financial processes in the private sector for technology companies, renewable energy and human rights non-profit organisations. Her career has focused on process improvement, health and safety at work, workplace well-being, regulatory compliance, resource management and team leadership.
