Invitation to tender: grant management system (project tracker tool)

SEI is looking to procure a grant management software tool that will provide the organization with the means to track, steer, organize, follow-up on projects and analyse the project portfolio.

The procured tool is expected to track all ongoing projects, maintain a repository of previous projects, and support SEI in the following activities:

• Provide a central repository of all projects run at SEI, allowing employees to browse and search for projects.
• Project leaders can access and update the status of projects for which they are responsible. Project leaders can store and retrieve project-related documents.
• SEI project owners can maintain portfolios of projects they are accountable for.
• SEI can collect aggregated data from the project portfolio to support internal and external reporting.

SEI’s project leaders will use the tool to manage overall project progress and resources, and line managers will use the tool to track project progress. SEI as an organization will use the project repository to access aggregated data, such as the number of active projects, total budget of projects, timeline of project deliverables, and budget assigned to specific topics.
