AI — environment & social good?

SEI Communications and Impact Officer and ex-BBC Senior News Editor Jane Birch hosted this University of York-led panel discussion on artificial intelligence and its potential to be used for social good. Steve Cinderby, a Senior Research Fellow at SEI York, took part as a panellist and discussed the use of generative AI in projects aiming to combat climate change.

The expert panel drew from media and technical expertise and scientific research to offer key insights into how this powerful technology could help, or hinder, working for a better world.
