SEI ranked second among world’s top environment policy think tanks

For the sixth year in a row SEI is one of the top two think tanks in the world working on environment policy according to the Global Go To Think Tank Index.

We will continue to strive for research excellence and uptake, and maintain focus on the needs of our stakeholders and end users to whom we are ultimately accountable.”

The University of Pennsylvania’s Global Go To Think Tanks Index is designed to identify and recognize centers of excellence in all the major areas of public policy research in every region of the world. The index is based on a global survey of thousands of journalists, policy-makers, donors and specialists using a detailed list of criteria including leadership and staff; quality and reputation of the research produced; policy impact and recognition; convening power; innovation; inclusiveness; and communications. Think tanks are ranked globally and by region and expertise.
