Bibek Gautam joined SEI Asia in May 2024 as Research Associate working on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for projects in the Asia Centre.
Previously, Bibek worked at Caritas Nepal and Relief Nepal as MEAL and Project Coordinator in work related to agriculture, value chain development, climate change adaptation, disaster risk management, humanitarian response and resilience-based programs at all stages of the project cycle. He has experience working with different agencies like UNDP, Caritas Austria, Catholic Relief Services, and World Vision International in Nepal.
Bibek has a MS in Agriculture Economics from Om Sterling Global University, India. His areas of interest include consumer behavior analysis, value chain and market development, agriculture extension, and climate change adaptation in agriculture.
