Aziliz Le Rouzo is a Research Associate at SEI Headquarters – Agriculture, Land and Bioeconomy Team, Resources, Rights and Development Division. She is working with the Swedish International Agricultural Network Initiative (SIANI) hosted by SEI.
Her background is in environmental management, economics and policy with a strong interest in food systems transformation and agroecology. Her research experience spans from digitalization in Swedish agroecological contexts to nature-based solutions for coastal adaptation and financing of climate-neutral cities. Prior to joining SEI, Aziliz worked as an Innovation and Research Analyst at Cleantech Scandinavia with a focus on private investment trends in Nordic and Baltic clean technologies.
Aziliz holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Management and Policy from the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics in Lund. Her master’s thesis investigated the re-design of common extensive green roofs through a full life cycle cost-benefit analysis. Prior to that, Aziliz graduated from HEC Montréal with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration, majoring in Applied Economics.
