Wilatluk Sinswat

Wilatluk Sinswat is a Research Fellow working on areas of gender equality, social equity and climate finance at SEI Asia. She joined SEI in September 2022.

Wilatluk has been working in development for over 15 years, both as a researcher and practitioner. She has served in the public sector, non-governmental, and social enterprise sectors in Thailand, the UK and Nepal. Wilatluk completed her Ph.D. in Development Economics and M.Phil. in Development Studies at St. John’s College, University of Cambridge, and did her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London.

She is passionate about working towards achieving sustainable economic development, gender equality, social justice and empowerment of marginalised groups.
