Ruby Coquilla

Ruby Coquilla is a Financial Controller at SEI Headquarters – Finance Team.

She is responsible for financial controlling of multiple projects managed at SEI headquarters which includes budget, forecast, financial management, and audit.

She also acts as an advisor for the financial management and control systems of the SEI international centers.

Previously, Ruby worked as a Financial Specialist at Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO) responsible for regions and projects in terms of budget, financial management and audit funded by Governments and UN agencies.

She started as a Finance and Administration Assistant when she joined GWPO in 2017. Before that, she worked at Eastwest Bank in the Philippines focuses on private banking.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration and bachelor science in Entrepreneurship.
