Juan Fernando has over 25 years of experience, 16 of those working in international cooperation projects in Latin America & the Caribbean in a wide variety of subjects such as low carbon, circular economy, institutional strengthening, agricultural productivity, SMEs promotion, productivity, policy dialogues, and international certifications among others. His career has been focused on finding the best way to manage projects around highs & lows while bridging the needs of donors & other cooperation institutions with the needs of the beneficiaries.
